Fathom offers a range of Supporting Services within its Service Desk Team.
Senior members of the Fathom team have over 20 years’ experience in the markets in which we operate.
With Fathom, you will always have contact at senior level. Continuity from the sales phase, through to installation and support is of paramount importance to us and ensures that there are no “hidden surprises”.
Our software is feature rich, so the chances are it will provide a high degree of suitability to your requirements in its standard form. During the implementation phase, we work to achieve the closest possible match to your requirements. Unlike some of our competitors, we will tailor our package solution.
Once our software has been implemented within your business, we provide the level of training and support you would expect from an organisation which supplies mission critical solutions. Gone are the days when Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm was acceptable. In addition to Prime Shift, we offer Extended Shifts and Emergency Call Out, 7 days a week.
Ultimately, we are looking to form a strategic IT partnership with our customers, and have the technical capability to do so.
